About the Series:
The Executive Breakfast Series, presented by Aon, will consist of a series of breakfast meetings where HR executives will be able to come together to discuss important issues and trends affecting their workplaces. In addition to breakfast, each session will feature a session host speaking for 10-15 minutes on a topic of interest followed by 45 minutes of roundtable conversation with participants.
These breakfasts will be limited to senior HR executive(s) in each company. Executives in Non-HR roles are also welcome to join us. Space is limited.

About Adam E. Cooper
Adam joined Aon in January 2014 to lead the Canadian Talent Acquisition team for all three lines of business (Aon Risk Solutions, Aon Reinsurance Solutions and Aon Hewitt) while also being a key contributing member of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership team. In 2016, he became a Director, Human Resources for the Aon Risk Solutions business to drive the talent agenda, influencing executive leaders and aligning HR strategies to business plans for driving revenue and growth.
Adam is passionate about working with leaders to proactively engage, retain and develop top talent while meeting the future needs of the organization. Through his ability to influence and coach he has been able to work with leaders to enhance their engagement approaches with their teams and develop detailed talent strategies linked to accountability, client retention, expanded business, and client satisfaction. As Director, HR he is exposed to all areas of HR with specific emphasis on talent management, succession planning, performance management, retention, engagement, compensation, and development.
