Executive Breakfast Series

Pathways to Reaping the Benefits of a DEI and Belonging Workplace

When DEI and Belonging are part of your organization’s business processes, everyone experiences the benefits. These benefits include increased employee satisfaction, improved productivity, and a more inclusive and innovative work environment. Using the globally recognized Standard guidelines ISO 30415:2021 D&I and HR, leaders and employees who thrive have clear pathways for achieving DEI and creating a sense of unity and community within their organizations.

About the ISO 30415:2021 D&I and HR:

1. The global ISO30415:2021 standard guidelines for human resources management and diversity and inclusion guidelines support organizations in creating pathways to DEI and Belonging within their organization. Click Here for an Overview

2. Mitigate risks associated with the four at-risk groups in their organizations for DEI-related non-practices:

Governance (Executive, senior leaders, Boards, Managers and everyone within the organization)
Human Resources Management
Product and Service Delivery
Supply Chain (Procurement and Supplier Diversity)

This session is designed for executive and senior leaders with the authority to implement the ISO 30415:2021 DEI and HR global guidelines within their organizational structure, ensuring that all voices are heard and valued.

About the Series:

The Executive Breakfast Series consists of breakfast meetings throughout the year where HR executives come together to discuss important issues and trends affecting their workplaces. Each session includes a presentation on a topic of interest and roundtable discussion with participants.

These meetings are limited to HR executive(s) or senior HR leadership in each company. Executives in non-HR roles are also welcome to join us. Executives are permitted to sponsor a senior staff person to attend but should be in attendance with that staff person on event day. CPHR Manitoba reserves the right to cancel registrations for those not at a senior management level.
