With a PhD in Psychology from the University of Bath and over 15 years of experience working with children and young people with diverse needs, Claire brings a research-rigorous, human-centred lens to her work. She has held roles at UCL's Institute of Education in London, managed large-scale randomized controlled trials, and published widely in peer-reviewed journals. Claire approaches her career through the social model of disability-centring individuals' voices in program design, policy interpretation, and workplace inclusion. She is passionate about moving organizations beyond compliance toward genuinely accessible and equitable practices.<br /><br /><strong><em>Tiffany Parks, Program Coordinator at the Division of Continuing Studies, University of Victoria</em></strong></span></span></span></p><p><span style="font-family: Roboto;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">Tiff Parks is a Program Coordinator in the Division of Continuing Studies at the University of Victoria.
