We are seeking members to help guide and provide leadership to our plan with passion, dedication and a diverse skill set to drive CPHR Manitoba's mission to advance the human resources profession by volunteering to serve on one of our various committees for the 2025-2026 membership year.

Our members are the heart and soul of our organization. Their willingness to volunteer and share their extensive knowledge and valuable experiences are what enable CPHR Manitoba to move forward with our initiatives and programs.

There are many reasons to volunteer with CPHR Manitoba:

  • Create lasting connections with other members
  • Expand your professional network
  • Broaden your employment skills
  • Be part of a positive impact within Manitoba’s HR community
  • Earn Continuing Professional Development hours
  • And more

CPHR Manitoba has a multitude of committees that are regularly looking for new faces. Whether you are looking to share your knowledge and experience, garner new skills, or simply be part of an exciting collaboration, CPHR Manitoba would love to have you as part of our team.

Each year, some committees receive more interest than space available. We will be in touch over the summer to confirm the status of your application.

*You must be signed in to register and apply to serve on a CPHR Manitoba's 2025-2026 committee. If you would like to apply to serve as a public representative, please email hello@cphrmb.ca

If you are interested in serving on our 2025-2026 Board of Directors, please see here for more information on applying.
