Parking:

  • Metered parking is available, but limited by rush-hour restrictions.
  • Covered parking is available in:
    • the Marlborough Hotel Parkade (entrance on Smith Street, North of Portage) - CPHR Manitoba recommends CASH ONLY; do not use credit cards
    • Radisson Hotel Parkade (entrance on Smith Street South of Portage)
  • Open air parking lots are available on:
    • Ellice and Smith
    • Graham and Smith Street

Accessing the Building

The front door of the building is quite heavy and can be hard to open on windy days. The accessibility button may also not work on windy days. However, there is a security guard in the front lobby who can offer assistance if you need help opening the door or getting into the elevator. If the security guard is not there, please call us at (204) 943.2836 and we will come down and assist you. If you get to our office and cannot open the door, please note there is a doorbell you can ring and someone will come to let you into the office.
