How to join this year's program:

1) Click on 'REGISTER' above to complete the registration form. 

2) You will receive a confirmation email confirming your application has been received. 

3) CPHR Manitoba will make pairings in August. You will need to contact your mentor prior to the commencement of the program in September. 

In the event CPHR Manitoba is not able to pair you with a mentee, you will be notified.
