Karina is currently the COO of RCU, a cannabis education company. RCU provides an e-learning course CannEd - which covers cannabis in the context of the workplace made for employees, people managers, and HR professionals in all industries.
Prior to RCU, Karina spent 10 years at Sun Life Financial, Canada’s top insurance company, who were the first Canadian insurer to add medical cannabis coverage into their Group Benefit plans.
