Leading Organizational Transformation - From the CEO Perspective

Description:

It feels like a change may be coming - and you’re usually right about these things. Wouldn’t it be great to know what your CEO is thinking, or what they might want to consider in this pre-change window?

Join us as we pull back the curtain on 15 years of supporting CEOs and Executive Teams through change. What keeps them up at night? What should be on their radar? We’ll talk strategy through snapshots of real experience, so you’ll know what to watch for, how to prepare and where to step in as only HR can.

Time:
Presentation -12:00pm-1:00pm CT

Format:
Live Online - Zoom Webinar

CPD hours: 1.0
