Rise Manitoba: A New Talent Pipeline for Manitoba Employers

Description:

Rise Manitoba is Manitoba’s #1 workforce initiative. Moving over 200 participants into fulltime employment in less than 10 months in partnership with the Northpine Foundation & Government of Manitoba.

In this webinar, Jake Gill will share how Rise Manitoba connects employers with individuals who have completed job-readiness training and are prepared to transition into long-term employment.

Employers participating in the program receive:

  • Free recruitment services through Staffmax
  • Access to trained, job-ready candidates actively seeking employment
  • Free background checks and candidate screening
  • A program that has achieved an 89% employee retention rate

We will also share early program results, lessons learned from participating employers, and how your organization can begin accessing candidates through the initiative.
