CPHR Manitoba offers recent graduates (graduated within the past 12 months) the opportunity to apply for discounted membership upon submission of an official transcript sent directly from the granting post-secondary institution. The discount reduces the annual Regular Membership rate by half the annual fee. Regular Membership is held by the individual with all rights pertaining to.

Regular Membership

Actively engaged in the practice of Human Resources. This includes individuals who hold Human Resource positions, consultants and educators, and individuals who have a professional interest in the operation of the Association. Includes the right to vote and hold elected office in the Association.

Please note: if you are currently unemployed but are pursuing a career in Human Resources, you are considered to have professional interest in the operation of the Association and are therefore eligible for regular membership. 

To apply for discounted membership, you must:

*Are you already a student member who has graduated and are not yet a CPHR Candidate? Apply for discounted membership here

  1. Have graduated in the past 12 months (based on the completion date on your official transcript)
  2. Complete the online application form (use the 'Register' button on this page).
  3. Request an official transcript be sent to CPHR Manitoba directly from your post-secondary institution. Transcripts can be sent electronically to kaylee@cphrmb.ca or hello@cphrmb.ca or by mail to:

  4. Register as a Regular Member here and select "Bill Me" at the end of the registration process.

Upon verification of eligibility, CPHR Manitoba will adjust and reissue your invoice for payment of your membership fees. Once payment is received, your account will be reviewed and you will receive an email upon approval confirming your approval.
