Warren Hoffman is the President and CEO of the Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation (CIIAN), an organization that has trained mediators, negotiators, HR professionals, and leaders for more than three decades. He is a member of CIIAN’s training faculty and the lead author of its Self and Others online training program, used by HR professionals, leaders, and dispute resolution practitioners internationally.Warren has over 15 years of experience supporting organisations with workplace conflict, negotiation, and complex interpersonal dynamics. His work spans mediation, negotiation, conflict coaching, and the design of dispute resolution processes across public and private sector contexts.
