Beyond the Reorg: The Difference Between Change and Transformation
Reorganization is easy. Transformation is not. Using the Farmers Edge to Corvian journey as a case study, this session explores how Human Resources moved from support to strategy—anchoring trust, redesigning the organization, and stewarding culture through prolonged change.
About the Series: The Executive Breakfast Series consists of breakfast meetings throughout the year where HR executives come together to discuss important issues and trends affecting their workplaces. Each session includes a presentation on a topic of interest and roundtable discussion with participants.
These meetings are limited to HR executive(s) or senior HR leadership in each company. Executives in non-HR roles are also welcome to join us. Executives are permitted to sponsor a senior staff person to attend but should be in attendance with that staff person on event day. CPHR Manitoba reserves the right to cancel registrations for those not at a senior management level.
Format: In-person event. Registration includes breakfast.
Time: 7:30am - 8:00am: Networking & Breakfast 8:00am - 9:00am: Presentation & Discussion
CPD Hours: 1.0
Cost (add GST): Members - $60.00 Non-members - $70.00
