Their HR team was vital in launching and fostering a three-year change management strategy across the organization, filling gaps in the process and ensuring that change management was happening in the right places with the right teams. They also wanted to stop relying on external change management sources and develop an internal strategy.

They now have a standardized, well integrated change management process and a smart approach to talking to leaders on change management and getting them on board.

RDT Soccer Academy
