All members of CPHR Manitoba must abide by our Code of Ethics and Rules of Professional Conduct.

Renewing Members: You will also be asked to confirm whether you've notified CPHR Manitoba of any changes to your Good Character Attestation questions since your last membership renewal. If you had changes and did not inform us of those changes, you will need to contact the us at hello@cphrmb.ca as soon as possible.

Data Collection:

CPHR Manitoba is the professional regulatory body for the CPHR designation in Manitoba. It operates under the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources Act. Late Renewal Fees:
A $50 Late Renewal Fee will apply to all members who renew and/or pay after May 31. This fee will be included in your transaction.

CPHRs and CPHR Candidates who have not renewed and paid for their membership by May 31 will have their status revoked. Should an application for reinstatement be approved within the membership year, you will be required to pay a Late Renewal Fee.

Name Change:
If you've recently changed your name and need your profile updated, please contact hello@cphrmb.ca to get started.

Payment Options:

  • To request a payment plan or extension, complete your renewal by selecting “Bill Me” and then complete our request form here.
  • CPHRs and CPHR Candidates only: looking for Renewal Dues Assistance Options? Click here.

You must be signed in to access the above forms.

There are two options for payment:

1) Bill me – to receive an invoice by email to submit to your employer to pay by credit card, cheque or EFT

  • If you select the “Bill Me” option in the payment process, full payment must be received by CPHR Manitoba by May 31. If payment is not received by May 31 your membership will be suspended and a late fee of $50 will apply to reactivate your membership

2) Credit card – Visa or MasterCard

  • It is imperative that the billing address you enter be the same as the credit card's billing address. This is a security process for the bank which we cannot over-ride. If you use two different addresses your card will be charged at the time of purchase and the transaction will be reversed by the bank after 3-5 business days.

Attention Students/Recent Graduates:
Students enrolled full-time in an HR-related program as of March 1 may be eligible to renew their student membership and must submit proof of enrolment to hello@cphrmb.ca prior to approval.

If you graduated in the past 12 months (based on the completion date on your official transcript), you can apply for Regular Membership at half the annual fee. To apply, you must complete this online form and request that an official transcript be sent directly from your post-secondary institution.

Cancellation:
As per section 11 of CPHR Manitoba’s Constitution & Bylaws, membership is owned by the individual:

11. The membership of a member in the Association and all rights and interests incidental thereto shall not be transferable, either directly or indirectly.
