Why are we collecting this data?

One of CPHR Manitoba's values is inclusion. This value reflects our view that diversity is good for business and emphasizes the importance we place on leading by example. We believe in increasing diversity, equity and representation across our organization, providing tools and resources to our members and encouraging our stakeholders to do the same.

This data will inform us about the diversity of our members and will help to ensure that we are inclusive and accessible to all in our work and offerings.

Are questions mandatory?

Your response to each question is voluntary. We collect data on gender and age range which are not visible in your online member profile. We also ask for your preferred pronouns which are visible in your profile to inform other members utilizing the member directory how you prefer to be addressed.

CPHRs and CPHR Candidates who have not renewed and paid for their membership by May 31 will have their status revoked. Should an application for reinstatement be approved, you will be required to pay a Late Renewal Fee as well as a Reinstatement Fee.
