Renewal Dues Assistance is available for FCPHR, CPHR and CPHR Candidate members during the annual renewal period (March 1 – May 31) and required documentation must indicate that the reason for the assistance request is impacting the member at the time of renewal. Regular, Associate, Retired and Student Members will only be eligible for Renewal Dues Assistance Requests beyond the recent graduation category in exceptional circumstances.

If you would like to request a Leave Of Absence (LOA) from Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in addition to Renewal Dues Assistance, please contact Kaylee Klaprat, Standards and Membership Manager at kaylee@cphrmb.ca. Requests for a LOA must be made prior to the commencement of your leave. Retroactive leaves will not be approved.
