Please note: As per our bylaws, "motions, other than procedural motions, must be submitted to the Chair and/or CEO/Registrar a minimum of 14 days prior to any meeting of members, failing which they will not be considered at that meeting. For greater clarity, motions from the floor, other than procedural motions will not be considered."

NEW - This year, members will be able to join the AGM either in-person or virtually. We are pleased to offer an accessible attendance option for members who are unable to travel to the event in person. All members eligible to vote will be able to vote, regardless of attendance format.
