For the past few years, hiring and retaining skilled workers has ranked among the top challenges for Manitoba workplaces. The very nature of work is being redefined due to increased automation, the emerging gig economy, the disappearance and appearance of new jobs and the rise of non standard work. The challenge is for organizations to adapt to these new realities so that the multiple ongoing changes, and the uncertainty inherent to these realities, translate into a flexibility that supports organizations’ performance and workers’ security. Join us at the Talent Forum to hear from experts on how to effectively attract, retain and engage your talent in this new world of work.
