THIS FREE WEBINAR IS DELIVERED BY OUR PARTNERS AT CPHR British Columbia & Yukon

Description:

More than 90% of employees are actively seeking hybrid and flexible work options, and the stakes are high. Gallup reports over 40% of employees will contemplate changing employers solely to access this coveted benefit. It's not just a perk; it's a game-changer.

Embracing flexible work not only makes your organization more competitive in talent acquisition but also curbs turnover, enhances work-life balance, prevents burnout, supercharges performance & trims operating costs.Without the right governance, tools, and technology, this dream can quickly turn into a nightmare of chaos and culture disruption.

Join our session as we guide you from a 'hybrid by default' approach to a carefully designed 'hybrid by design' strategy tailored to your organization.

Join this webinar's discussion on:

·      Effectively managing hybrid teams
·      Leveraging tools and analytics to optimize operations
·      Understanding different hybrid models and creating the right hybrid strategy for your organization
·      Leveraging hybrid work to reduce burnout and improve employee wellbeing
