About the Presenter:

Mr. Anthony Taylor - Anthony Taylor is the Founder & Principal of SME Strategy, where he works with executive and HR leadership teams to strengthen strategic alignment and execution across the organization. Anthony is known for helping leaders bridge the gap between strategy, people, and day-to-day execution—by improving how leadership teams set priorities, make decisions, and sustain focus over time. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, leadership, and organizational effectiveness, with a practical emphasis on governance, accountability, and change. He regularly advises organizations on how to translate strategic priorities into clear direction, aligned leadership behaviour, and consistent follow-through—without relying on one-off planning exercises or heroic individual effort. Anthony works with organizations across Canada and internationally and is a frequent speaker on strategy execution, leadership cadence, and organizational alignment.
