From Perk to Program: Building Workplace Health Initiatives That Actually Work
Description: Burnout is often treated as an individual wellbeing issue, but the evidence points to a different reality. Workload, manager capability, role design, psychological safety, change fatigue, and organizational culture all play a significant role in employee wellbeing and performance.
In this session, HR leaders will explore the organizational factors that contribute to burnout and learn a practical framework for identifying and addressing root causes. Rather than relying solely on wellness initiatives and employee-focused interventions, attendees will learn how to assess workplace conditions, engage leaders, and implement strategies that support sustainable performance across the organization. Participants will leave with practical tools to evaluate current approaches, identify gaps, and build a more integrated organizational health strategy. In this webinar, you'll learn:
- Identify the organizational and workplace factors most commonly associated with employee burnout and disengagement
- Distinguish between symptom-focused wellness initiatives and root-cause organizational interventions
- Assess the impact of workload, manager practices, culture, psychological safety, and change fatigue on employee wellbeing
- Build a business case for organizational health that resonates with senior leaders and supports long-term performance
- Develop a practical roadmap for improving workplace conditions that contribute to sustainable employee wellbeing
Strategies & Tools:
- Organizational Health Diagnostic Framework: assessing workload, leadership, culture, psychological safety, and employee capacity
- Root Cause vs. Symptom Analysis Tool for evaluating current wellbeing initiatives
- Sustainable Performance Framework for aligning organizational practices with employee wellbeing outcomes
- Leadership Engagement Guide for building buy-in and accountability across the organization
Who Should Attend: This session is designed for HR professionals, people leaders, and organizational development practitioners responsible for employee wellbeing, culture, engagement, and performance.
