She's also a master trainer and facilitator, building on extensive experience as a consultant, focusing on the topics of self-awareness for professional growth and leadership development. Carolyn holds M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Montreal. Justin Smith - Justin Smith is an accomplished Director of Product Management with over a decade of expertise in B2B SaaS, specializing in product-led growth and go-to-market strategy. With five years of product leadership at HR tech pioneers Workleap and Workhuman, Justin brings invaluable industry insight to every project.
