THIS FREE WEBINAR IS DELIVERED IN PARTNERSHIP WITH CPHR CANADA AND CPHR NOVA SCOTIA

International HR Day Virtual Panel

In recognition of International HR Day, join us for a conversation with HR leaders from across Canada who share one common credential: the CPHR designation. This virtual panel brings together CPHRs from different provinces and career paths to reflect on how their journeys into HR unfolded, how they built credibility over time, and the role the CPHR designation has played in shaping their professional impact.

Rather than focusing on a single definition of leadership, panelists will share real experiences from their careers, including key turning points, lessons learned, and the ways the CPHR designation has supported their growth, confidence, and influence as HR professionals.

During this discussion, CPHR panelists will explore:

  • Their unique paths into HR leadership and what shaped them most
  • How earning the CPHR designation influenced their confidence, credibility, and career progression
  • Moments where professional standards and ethics guided difficult decisions
  • How expectations of HR leadership have evolved over time
  • Advice for HR professionals considering or working toward the CPHR designation
