CPHR Manitoba's HR Conference 2025 - In the Zone
You know that feeling you get when you’re so immersed, so focused and fixated on what you’re doing, you lose all sense of time and self? It is a state unconcerned with results, but rather with learning, development, process and adaptation.
This conference is about being “in the zone” and fostering a work environment that supports it. It’s about becoming a conscious leader and improving performance and productivity. It’s about creating organizational alignment and integrity that surrounds great decision-making.
We’ll discuss how to get out of the weeds of day-to-day distractions to focus on aligning personal and organizational goals. We’ll consider strategies for driving workplace culture, managing change and upskilling to foster an environment where creativity and innovation thrive.
This conference is about removing barriers to success and optimizing both individual and organizational growth.

All registrations: Sharing of conference passes is strictly prohibited. Only the person named on the registration badge is entitled to use the badge.
All prices are subject to GST.
*A minimum of one person must be a member. Registration should be completed through their member account with CPHR Manitoba.
**Must be a full-time student and a member of CPHR Manitoba at the time of the conference. Student registrations are subsidized.

A substitute attendee can be sent at no additional charge with prior approval from CPHR Manitoba. Changes must be communicated to CPHR Manitoba no later than Thursday, October 16, 2025 @ 4:00pm.
Should your alternate cancel at any time, the registration fee will be forfeited.
