Description
Join us for a 12-week program designed specifically for HR professionals aspiring to executive leadership roles. This program elevates participants beyond traditional HR functions and equips them with the advanced knowledge to make strategic decisions that align with business objectives, drive innovation, and address evolving workplace trends.

The program culminates with a capstone project where participants apply their learnings to real-world HR leadership challenges and present solutions to a panel of HR and business executives. 

At the conclusion of the program, participants receive a Certificate of Completion from the I.H. Asper School of Business’ James W. Burns Executive Education Centre.

In-Person - A fully immersive experience with all training days delivered in a classroom setting.

This program is divided into two tiers:

Full Course: Tier 1 & 2	Tuesdays Feb. 17th to May 12th	8:00am-8:30am - Breakfast 8:30am-12:30pm - Session	48.0	$11,500.00

This tiered approach ensures that HR leaders can progressively develop their capabilities, preparing them for senior leadership roles with a comprehensive skill set.


Please note: You may register for Tier 1 only, Tier 2 only, or both. Tier 1 is not a prerequisite for Tier 2
