Effectively Managing Absences Without Sick Notes: Best Practices for HR Professionals

Description:

The Government of Manitoba has recently announced plans to restrict employers from requesting sick notes for short-term absences. This change reflects a growing trend across Canada. For HR professionals, this shift raises important questions: How do we maintain accountability and manage absenteeism effectively without relying on traditional sick note policies?

Join us for this practical and timely webinar designed to help HR leaders navigate this transition with confidence. We’ll explore why sick notes are ineffective, the unintended consequences they create, and proven strategies for managing absences that support both operational needs and employee well-being.
