Message from the Chair:

This year, we continued to advance the human resource profession in Manitoba as well as at the national level.

With the departure of HRPA (Ontario) in July, the Canadian Council of Human Resource Associations (CCHRA) has had many discussions about the professionalization of HR and how we want to move forward nationally.

Message from the CEO:

This year, the board, staff and members have worked collectively to help guide HRMAM's future and position us well for long-term success. Much of our focus was on operationalizing the Strategic Plan.

To assist us in implementing the Strategic Plan, we added an Events & Marketing Coordinator, Lindsey Kruschel, to our staffing complement. She has played an important role in enhancing our Professional Development Program and continuing to increase customer satisfaction.

We responded to our 2013-2014 member survey by focusing on specific, relevant professional development as well as incorporating dedicated networking events into our professional development calendar.
