CPHR Manitoba is proud to announce our new organizational structure!
August 16, 2024
As you may recall, last year the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources Act achieved royal assent. The Act will come into force on a day to be fixed by proclamation. As we get ready to move into proclamation and adhering to the Act, we have updated our organizational structure. This updated structure allows us to focus on protection of the public, servicing membership, partnerships and all stakeholders in the most efficient way.
Here is a breakdown of the new CPHR Manitoba board, staff and committee structure:
As you look at this new structure, the most important changes to note are the merging of membership, professional development and professional standards responsibilities which is reflected in the Standards and Membership Manager role and the addition of regulatory affairs which is reflected in the Vice President, Operations and Regulatory Affairs role.
“This is an exciting time in the evolution of CPHR. We are proud of this growth in our organization and look forward to reaching proclamation and continuing to elevate the HR profession in Manitoba,” says Ron Gauthier, CEO CPHR Manitoba.
