EmiWelcome to CPHR Manitoba's Professional Mentorship Program for 2025-2026.

How to join this year's program:

1) Click on 'REGISTER' above to complete the registration form.

2) You will receive a confirmation email confirming your application has been received.

3) If you chose the 'bill me' option for payment, the the $100 program fee must be paid in full by August 8, 2025 or your application will be cancelled. 

4) CPHR Manitoba will make pairings in August. You will be contacted to introduce you to your mentor prior to the commencement of the program in September.

In the event CPHR Manitoba is not able to pair you with a mentor, you will be notified to discuss options.
