CIPD Mutual Recognition Application | Registration

CIPD chartered members who would like to benefit from joint membership can do so by submitting an application for membership to CPHR Manitoba.

You will need to provide:

  • Proof that you are a MCIPD or FCIPD member in good standing
  • Become a member of CPHR Manitoba (regular or student if eligible) and pay associated membership fee for the upcoming year
  • Payment of:
    • $400 + GST one-time Certification Fee
    • $50 + GST one-time Administration Fee (to set up your profile with CPHR Canada)

Once approved, you will receive your CPHR designation along with a CPHR certificate.

  1. Advance and expand your professional knowledge and practice across the competency areas, throughout your career, by meeting the Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements each year.  Please note: CPHR Manitoba and CIPD are two separate organizations and do not share information regarding Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours with each other. Members holding both designations will need to report their CPD hours to each organization at the interval each organization requires.
  2. Adhere to CPHR Manitoba's Code of Ethics and Rules of Professional Conduct
  3. Maintain an annual membership with CPHR Manitoba.

Once the proof above has been received and verified through this online application, you will receive an invoice for the certification and administration fees as outlined.

Once mutual recognition has been processed, your account will be updated to reflect you are a CPHR member and you will be sent your CPHR designation granting letter and digital badge by email. You cannot promote yourself as a CPHR until this letter is received.

Please see current membership fees before proceeding with your application.

If you have any questions prior to submitting your application, please contact Kaylee Klaprat, Standards and Membership Manager at kaylee@cphrmb.ca.
