CPHR Manitoba Accredits Another Post-Secondary Institution

October 2, 2020

CPHR Manitoba has added one more program to its growing list of Accredited Post-Secondary Institutions in the Post-Secondary Institution Accreditation Program.

Graduates of the Human Resource Management Advanced Diploma program at Assiniboine Community College will be one step closer to receiving their professional designation upon graduation and may be able to waive writing the National Knowledge Exam (NKE).

The NKE is a required step for many pursuing the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, which is the national industry standard of excellence for those working in the field of HR. The CPHR designation requires an individual to achieve and maintain demonstrated competency and experience relevant to the HR profession.

In order to be eligible for the NKE waiver, graduates of the Human Resource Management Advanced Diploma program will need to have achieved a minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 and apply within five years of graduation. For more information, click here.
