CPHR Canada has removed the requirement that activities must fall within a minimum of three of the 14 competency areas. While you are no longer restricted to ensuring activities fall within one of the Competency Areas, activities should still be focused on helping you develop in your career and the CPHR Competency Framework can be a useful tool in helping you determine what areas are best for furthering your knowledge.
What does this mean for reporting?
Entries will no longer be linked to the CPHR Competency Framework. Online journal entries will now be entered based on the 6 Categories listed in the CPD Summary of Qualifying Activities:
