THIS FREE WEBINAR IS DELIVERED BY OUR PARTNERS AT CPHR BRITISH COLUMBIA & YUKON
Description:
Leadership is changing—and fast. What organizations valued yesterday isn’t necessarily what drives success today. Based on the latest psychometric data from thousands of leaders, this webinar uncovers how leadership behaviours have shifted in the past year and what companies are prioritizing now.
Why does this matter? Because the leaders you develop and promote today determine your organization’s future success. In this webinar, we’ll break down the behaviors that set top-performing leaders apart right now, and how you can use these insights to build stronger teams and a competitive advantage.
In this webinar, you will learn: - How leadership expectations have evolved and why.
- How emerging leaders today measure up to the competencies organizations need most.
- Practical steps to leverage these insights to shape leadership development, succession planning, and hiring strategies.
- Gain practical recommendations for bridging the gap between current leadership capability and future organizational needs.
Who Should Attend:
This webinar is designed for senior HR leaders, talent strategists, and organizational development professionals who are navigating complex challenges like economic uncertainty, widening skills gaps, and increasing pressure on leadership performance. If you're responsible for developing leadership capability and guiding transformation, this session will equip you with the insights and strategies needed to build agile, adaptive leaders who can thrive in today’s rapidly shifting landscape.
