Unlocking Team Potential Through Storytelling and Restorative Coaching

As HR executives, you are uniquely positioned to shape workplace culture and drive organizational success. Imagine a workplace where investigations are rare, trust is strong, and teams collaborate with genuine understanding.

Please join Phyllis Reid-Jarvis as she explores how Restorative Coaching can unlock your team’s full potential. In this session, she will share how storytelling and "The Five Rs", Responsibility, Repair, Relationships, Respect, and Reintegration, can help HR leaders move beyond punitive approaches and build trust, accountability, and stronger collaboration.

You’ll learn how to guide managers and employees through conflict in a way that strengthens culture, reduces investigations, and fosters lasting connection. Walk away with practical insight into creating a workplace where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow together.
