Escape the Quicksand Phase: Follow The Refraction Pathway to Scalable Growth

Stop drowning in daily operations and start building the culture your team deserves. The Refraction Pathway is a proven system that transforms overwhelmed leaders into strategic visionaries by creating self-managing teams and sustainable growth environments.

Drawing from three decades of entrepreneurial experience working with nimble startups, mid-sized regional businesses, and international brands such as Scotiabank, GoodLife Fitness, and Red Bull, this comprehensive framework addresses five critical zones: Purpose, Mindset, Contribution, Growth, and Wellness. Perfect for executives and emerging leaders who know their people have untapped potential but struggle to unlock it while juggling endless operational demands.

Walk away from this session with meaningful improvements and proven strategies to build high-performance culture while reclaiming your strategic thinking time.

Key Learning: Growth happens when leaders learn how to let go.

About the Presenter:

Kyle Romaniuk is a serial entrepreneur and strategic innovator whose three-decade journey has attracted unsolicited investors while building companies across diverse scales—from nimble startups to mid-sized regional businesses, and international brands including Red Bull, Scotiabank, and GoodLife Fitness.

Kyle discovered something counterintuitive through his varied experiences: the fastest path to business growth runs through people growth. His journey from cancer survivor to successful entrepreneur taught him that sustainable success isn't about grinding harder—it's about creating systems where teams can thrive independently. His innovative work has earned countless awards and recognition, including WIRED Magazine's Top 100 list, while his leadership extends across various board roles from business organizations to charitable foundations.

Through his book EMBARK and The Refraction Pathway system, Kyle distills decades of trial, error, and breakthrough moments into actionable strategies. His mission: help fellow entrepreneurs find their path to purposeful, scalable work faster than he did—without the detours through operational quicksand.

When he's not transforming organizations, you'll find him coaching and mentoring others, painting, reading, biking, or supporting The Dream Factory children's charity—all while planning his next adventure as a devoted father and committed lifelong learner.
