Legal Perspectives on the Workplace:
Managing Employment Agreements, Workplace Recordings, and Medical Documentation


Description:
In this session, MLT Aikins LLP Labour & Employment Team will cover best practices for starting the employment relationship, including the timing and content of offer letters and employment agreements. It will also address legal considerations around employees recording in the workplace and employer rights regarding medical documentation when employees are absent due to illness or injury. Participants will gain case law updates and practical takeaways to apply in their organizations.
